Established in 2012, exhibiting contemporary painting, sculpture and ceramics by emerging and established artists. Imagery ranges from figurative and landscape to abstract. A select collection of African masks and artifacts is also offered. M contemporary is located in one of the Thirteen Julia Row Townhouses built in 1833.

Jammin' on Julia (& beyond!)

A First Saturday Art Walk event featuring exhibitions and music in the galleries and museums of the district.

March 2025 Gallery Openings (special Second Saturday Art Walk)

Due to Mardi Gras during the first wekend of the month, the ORIGINAL First Saturday Art Walk, an monthly event founded by Arts District New Orleans will take place on the SECOND SATURDAY in March. The Arts District's monthly Art Walk will take place on Saturday, March 8th from 5-8pm. The galleries and museums of ADNO are open all day, with opening receptions from 5-8pm. Individual gallery and museum hours may vary.
